Looking for Senior Support Workers and Live in carers
Salary: Hourly From £13.20 depending on experience up to £14
We are looking for a hardworking person with a care background to join our team of passionate carers, someone who can help support the team and Registered Manager.
This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to follow care plans, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
You will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients and support all team members in delivering the best care. We are a small team and therefore we are all important to the quality of care delivered.
A separate role is available for a live in carer
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Registered Manager, delivering care, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Show leadership and guidance as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in training required by our training manager.
Experience
Level 3 Health and Social Care
Will consider applicants that have equivalent experience.
