Kitchen Prep Assistant - 20/25 Hours per week Monday - Friday (3days per week)
We are a growing fried chicken wing street food business, operating both food trucks and a restaurant, and we’re looking for a reliable and motivated Kitchen Prep Assistant to join our team in Swindon.
This role is based in our prep kitchen, where you’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing fresh chicken to our specifications
- Mixing and preparing flour dredges
- Preparing our Home made sauces.
- Maintaining high standards of kitchen cleanliness and organisation
- Following strict food safety and hygiene procedures
- Supporting the wider kitchen team with general prep tasks

- Someone who takes pride in cleanliness and food safety
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous kitchen or food prep experience
