Position
Salary: £26,602.00 basic annual salary - £45,000.00 - £55,000.00+ OTE
Location: Taunton Ford
Full-Time | Permanent
Hours: 08:45 a.m. - 06:00 p.m., Monday - Friday (one day off in the week)
Saturday rota: 09:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., every Saturday

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Transaction Manager to join our Taunton Ford dealership.
Proven experience in the vehicle sales environment is essential along with excellent customer communication skills.
What You'll Do:
Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences
Provide help and guidance to the Sales Executives to ensure sales targets are achieved
Be responsible for ensuring all team members are trained and reviewed in line with Foray Motor Group process
You will build and maintain the sales and customer experience team by fulfilling all aspects of the day-to-day management of the team, this will include 1:1's and supporting management
Support with producing and presenting suitable customer offers and propositions tailored to their requirements
You will need to work with the sales team to make sure the showroom and forecourt are always retail ready
Manage and review the teams ongoing activity to ensure all customer enquiries are followed up to the complete satisfaction of the customer.
Requirements:
An understanding and passion for great customer service
Competent people manager with the ability to lead by example and inspire the team to deliver a class leading performance
Ability to provide a first-class customer service with energy and enthusiasm
Has a genuine desire to help people and the team
Has a passion for the product - responsible for keeping up to date with the latest Ford product
Attention to detail
Excellent listening and communication skills
