We are recruiting for an Early Years Practitioner to join our team for 30 hours per week!

Our team is friendly, passionate, and deeply committed to providing outstanding early education in a nurturing and inspiring environment, with some staff having been with us for over 20 years, we pride ourselves in putting our team and children's welfare at the forefront of everything we do.
This is a particularly exciting time to join us, we have recently thoughtfully redesigned learning spaces and have welcomed even more families into the Rooftops community. With exciting developments ahead — including the launch of our very own Secret Garden, along with developing our current outdoor space — we are searching for enthusiastic practitioners who want to help shape our next chapter.

Your Role
As an Early Years Practitioner at Rooftops, you will:
- Follow children’s interests and create enriching, meaningful experiences
- Foster a warm, inclusive, and inspiring environment every single day
- Observe, document, and celebrate children’s progress and achievements
- Build trusting relationships with families and colleagues
- Champion our ethos and contribute to continuous improvement
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, EYFS practice, and health & safety
- Promote wellbeing, independence, and positive behaviour in every child
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
✔ Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
✔ Experience working in an early years environment
✔ Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS
✔ Positive communicator and dedicated team player
✔ Passionate about making a genuine difference in children’s lives
✔ Reliable, proactive, and flexible in your approach
Desirable:
- Paediatric First Aid
- Recent Safeguarding training

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.90-£13.30 per hour
