We are looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our growing team at the Winning Post
Shifts would roughly be 2-3 days a week with hours from 15-20 depending on availability with weekend (must) and mid week availability. The job is weekly pay with equal share of tips split monthly and free car parking or bike locking available. Extra hours will be available over summer to cover busy period and holidays

About the Position
The Job can be flexible with hours but will involve some weekend shifts as well as during the week. There will also be opportunity to progress within the business
the duties will include:
- The ability to remain calm during periods of high volume or unusual events whilst remaining driven to complete your tasks.
- Assisting with the setup and clear down of your station area.
- Ensuring all service utensils are impeccably clean before use and all service areas are kept clean, tidy and safe.
- Washing equipment, plates etc
- Cleaning and mopping all areas in the assigned departments.
- Assisting with basic food prep
- Assisting chef with basic kitchen job
Requirements:

- Exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the kitchen organised, stocked and clean

Job Type: Part-time
