Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Marketing Manager based out of East Kilbride with significant travel around Scotland. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing social media channels, conducting market research, and overseeing marketing campaigns. Other tasks include content ideation/creation, coordinating with other departments, and analyzing marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and creating funnels
- Significant knowledge of ad buying; digitally, in print and via influencers
- At least 3 years experience in CRM management (Constant Contact, Hubspot, MailChimp etc)
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management
- Skilled at graphic design, branding and creating beautiful printed materials
- Strong skills in content creation and copywriting
- Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work on-site full-time in East Kilbride
- Relevant educational qualifications in Marketing or related fields desired
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
