Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products in hospitality and commercial settings. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Installer will ensure that all installations are completed to the highest standards, providing exceptional service to our clients. This role will require working away across the UK across various site locations as required. Accommodation will be provided alongside subsistence when staying away.
Overtime hours will be paid at 1.5x hourly rate Monday-Saturday.
Overtime hours will be paid at 2x hourly rate Sunday.
Duties
- Carry out installations of products across the UK according to specifications and guidelines.
- Inspect installation sites to determine the best approach and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns during the installation process.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Document installation processes and report any issues or discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in installation or a related field is preferred.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for travel between sites.
- A valid CSCS card to allow for installation on construction sites.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to installation work is desirable.
