This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment and has a strong background in Employee Relations, case management, and advising managers through challenging people matters.
As a trusted HR partner, you will play a critical role in supporting managers across the business by providing pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice, ensuring fair and consistent application of employment policies, and managing a high volume of complex employee relations cases from inception through to resolution.
You will work closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to support the people agenda while driving positive employee outcomes, mitigating risk, and ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a substantial caseload in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of quality, compliance, and stakeholder service.
