You will join us as a Guest Services Assistant, delivering warm, attentive service and creating memorable first and last impressions for our guests. Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly on arrival, throughout their stay and upon departure
-
Provide information about the hotel, facilities, local area and services

Handle guest enquiries and requests in a professional and friendly manner

Support with rooming guests including luggage assistance throughout the property, including up and down staircases.

Support with guest transportation including valet parking and supporting with our car park shuttle service
-
Maintain a visible presence in reception and public areas, offering assistance proactively

Work closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Uphold the high standards of presentation, service and hospitality associated with Pennyhill Park
Person Specification

Previous customer service or hospitality experience in a similar role is desirable

Friendly, approachable and confident communicator

Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences

Well-presented with a professional attitude

Able to remain calm and positive in a busy environment

A team player with a flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and shifts

Full UK driving licence desirable but not essential
