Job Title: Registered Manager (Children Residential Care)
Salary: £55,000 to £70,000 per year

The Opportunity
We are an established provider currently running successful children residential homes. We are expanding and need a strong leader to take ownership of a brand new, strictly two bed EBD home.
If you are exhausted from managing large and chaotic facilities, this is your opportunity to step into a focused environment where you can genuinely deliver high quality therapeutic care.
The Setup and Support
The property is spacious, newly refurbished to a very high standard, and includes dedicated onsite parking.
You will not be building this alone. Our complete office team is already in place to provide training, guidance, and daily operational support. We are genuinely happy to sit down and discuss your individual requirements to ensure the setup truly works for you and the children.
The Role
- Take complete ownership of the Ofsted registration process.
- Drive the care culture and operational standards from day one.
- Manage a highly focused, two bed care environment.
Requirements
- You must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (completed or currently in progress).
- You must have proven leadership experience in children residential care.
