Transport Customer Support Coordinator

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Transport Customer
Support Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in keeping our
operations running smoothly. The Role As a Transport Customer Support
Coordinator, you will be based on the traffic desk, ensuring our customers
receive timely updates on ETAs based on drivers’ schedules and runs. You will
be the vital link between our transport team and customers, providing accurate
information while maintaining excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Monitor drivers’ schedules and provide customers with real-time
ETA updates
2) Respond to customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
3) Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
4) Use Microsoft Excel and other IT systems to track deliveries
and generate reports
5) Work closely with the transport team to ensure smooth
operations
6) Handle any unexpected delays or issues with a proactive and
customer-focused approach

Salary:
£27,500 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on shift pattern and experience)
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 16.00 - 00.00 (Midnight).
