Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and skilled individual to cover service calls and assist in the constructing and fitting of retail showroom displays across the Southeast.
The Showroom Display Technician & Service Engineer is responsible for building and fitting showroom displays for our customer’s showrooms.
They will also be a support for the Customer Service team for any plumbing and installation enquiries. As the Service Engineer, you will be required to make site-visits upon request from the Customer Service team.
Both aspects of the role are an essential part for us to deliver exceptional Customer Service across the whole business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Ensure a professional and personable attitude towards our customers and end users
- Visit end users for site-visits to troubleshoot or repair existing products.
- Approach every visit and communication with the upmost care to ensure maintenance with our customers.
- Have a strong understanding and practical plumbing ability.
- Assemble our bespoke retails display board solutions per customer.
- Visiting and installing these displays per request.
- Manage and build exhibition installations
Key Skills:
- Proven track record in carpentry or shopfitting.
- Experience/qualification within the plumbing industry.
- Well organised with good communication skills with customers and colleagues.
- Motivated, dedicated and reliable.
- Attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily.
- Ability to be flexible with travel and be available for exhibitions.

Core Working Hours:
- 08:30 – 17:00, Monday – Friday with a 30 minute lunch break.
- A very flexible approach to these hours is required to ensure all tasks and projects are completed and customer communication has been actioned.
