What You’ll Be Doing
As one of our Mobile Mechanics, you’ll be travelling to customers’ homes, workplaces, and roadside locations in one of our company vans, carrying out a wide variety of repairs and servicing.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Vehicle servicing
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- Brake and suspension repairs
- MOT repairs
- General mechanical repairs
- Replacing batteries and other service items
- Completing vehicle health checks
- Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintaining a clean, organised company van
No two days are the same, so you’ll need to enjoy variety and be confident working on a range of makes and models.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a mechanic
- Holds a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (preferred but not essential with relevant experience)
- Can diagnose faults confidently
- Is able to work independently and manage their own workload
- Has excellent customer service skills
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work
- Holds a full UK driving licence
