Job Title: OH Trauma Peer Support Administrative Manager
Salary: The starting salary is £40,519, which includes allowances totalling £3,009.
The salary is broken down as £37,510, basic salary, which will increase annually until you reach the top of the scale £ 40,141. Plus, a location allowance of £2,009 and a non-pensionable allowance of £1,000.

Purpose of the Role
The role will play an integral part in delivering administrative tasks for the HR - OH and Wellbeing (OHWB) team to support delivery of the New Met for London 2 wellbeing commitments and MPS Occupational Health and Wellbeing strategy. The OH and Welbeing team consists of two areas: central TPS team and the operational OHWB team. Key function of the role is the the co-ordination of trauma risk management programmes, which include Trauma Peer Support (TPS), Trauma Informed Prevention Techniques (TIPT) and also supporting the OHWB team with key organisational and administrative functions to support efficient operational delivery.
Working collaboratively with the TPS and OHWB teams will be essential in driving forward the trauma risk management programmes and OH & Wellbeing service delivery. All of which are focused to deliver an effective trauma and wellbeing provision for our workforce and enable assurance against delivery of organisational priorities and national standards.
Key to the role also includes management and compliance of required data and reporting requirements that will support in providing assurance on a strategic level as well as national reporting and force wide assessments.
Key Responsibilities
The post holder will be responsible for:
Delivery, maintenance and coordination, including where appropriate development improvements, to the administrative delivery of trauma risk management programmes across the MPS.
Management and maintenance of MPS corporate training records for trauma peer support competency.
Review and manage trained cadre and identify those requiring refresher training
Effective management/administration of trauma risk management programme delivery schedules and data records
Monitor and assure local incident reporting compliance for TPS programme and escalation as identified
Act as the training POC.
Support major/critical incidents administration tasks.
Management and Monitoring of OHWB team mailboxes.
Produce management reports and service activity data for the OHWB Team SLT.
Supporting wellbeing team with key organisational and administrative functions to support efficient operational delivery e.g. dealing with FOIA, general queries, vetting and service complaints.
Support SLT with actions and minute taking for board meetings including arrangement for these
