Protac Security Services is a professional security company with a strong military ethos, delivering high-quality security solutions across the UK. We are recruiting experienced Security Officers to join our expanding matchday team at Cambridge United Football Club.

The Role
As a Matchday Security Officer, you will play an important role in ensuring the safety and security of supporters, players, officials and staff. Working as part of a professional team, you will help create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone attending the stadium.
Typical duties include:
- Providing a professional and visible security presence.
- Controlling access to the stadium and checking accreditation where required.
- Assisting with spectator management and crowd safety.
- Conducting searches in accordance with venue procedures.
- Responding to incidents and emergencies.
- Monitoring spectator behaviour and reporting incidents.
- Delivering excellent customer service to supporters and visitors.
- Working closely with fellow security staff, stewards and emergency services.
Essential Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
Desirable Requirements
- Level 2 Award in Spectator Safety (highly desirable).
- Previous experience working at football stadiums or major events.
- First Aid qualification.
