About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Claims Administrator to join our growing team. You’ll be supporting the full lifecycle of home insurance claims, ensuring customers receive a smooth and stress-free experience during what can often be a difficult time.
You’ll interact with customers, insurers, subcontractors, and colleagues daily, making you a key part of our claims process.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Setting up, reviewing, and updating home insurance claims in both internal and insurer systems.
- Communicating with customers via inbound/outbound calls, email, and SMS.
- Coordinating information between all parties involved to ensure accuracy and timely progression of claims.
- Supporting the project management of property-related claims.
- Organising and prioritising tasks and emails efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Providing clear, empathetic, and professional support at every stage of the customer journey.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in home/property insurance (claims, sales, or administration).
- At least 3 years’ administration experience.
- Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and phone-based.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while staying calm and customer-focused.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for learning.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
