Clothing & Merchandise Manager
Location: EA Gymnastics, 16/17 Carters Lane, Kiln Farm, Milton Keynes, MK11 3ES
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week across 4 days (flexible working days and hours)
Pay: From £13.00 per hour (higher rate available depending on experience)
About the Role
EA Gymnastics is looking for an organised, proactive and reliable Clothing & Merchandise Manager to take responsibility for our clothing, merchandise and club marketing materials operation.
We design, print and supply branded clothing and merchandise to gymnastics clubs across the UK. This role will be responsible for ensuring orders are produced, packed and dispatched on time, stock is maintained and organised, and customers receive excellent service throughout the ordering process.
This is a varied, hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys organisation, stock management, clothing, merchandising and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.
Whilst previous experience is desirable, we are open to candidates with the right attitude, organisational skills and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Producing and fulfilling clothing orders including t-shirts, hoodies and other branded items
- Preparing and applying vinyl designs to garments using our printing equipment
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
- Managing stock levels and ordering clothing, materials and supplies when required
- Ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and delivered on time
- Managing club orders for leaflets, flyers, badges and other marketing materials
- Packing and sending marketing materials directly to clubs
- Maintaining accurate stock levels across clothing, merchandise and promotional materials
- Keeping the stockroom and work areas clean, organised and efficient
- Managing order-related emails and customer enquiries
- Keeping customers updated on the progress of their orders
- Researching new clothing ranges, merchandise ideas and product opportunities
- Identifying new suppliers and sourcing better pricing where possible
- Working with the wider EA Gymnastics team to ensure all orders and projects are completed efficiently

- Comfortable using email and basic computer systems
- Reliable, self-motivated and able to take ownership of responsibilities
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable (But Not Essential)
- Experience in clothing, merchandise, fulfilment, printing or stock management
- Experience within retail, fashion, children's clothing or branded merchandise
- Experience using garment printing or vinyl application equipment
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or similar design software
- Experience managing suppliers and stock levels
Additional Information
This role is based at our Milton Keynes facility and is primarily responsible for ensuring all clothing, merchandise and marketing material orders are produced, organised and dispatched efficiently.
Although other team members are available to provide support when required, the successful candidate will take primary responsibility for ensuring this area of the business runs smoothly and that orders are completed on time.
The role is offered on a part-time basis of approximately 20 hours per week across 4 days, with flexibility around working days and hours.
There may be opportunities for overtime during busy periods and the role has the potential to develop into a full-time position for the right candidate.
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
