We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Fundraiser to join our organisation. The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies, engaging with funders and supporters, and promoting our mission. Main Duties
- Develop and execute innovative fundraising campaigns.
- Identify, research, and cultivate prospective funders and supporters.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential supporters through personalised engagement.
- Prepare funding proposals, grant applications, and sponsorship packages.
- Organise fundraising events, campaigns, and supporter engagement activities.
- Manage funder and supporter information.
- Organise and attend events, community outreach programmes, and public relations activities to raise awareness and generate support.
- Create compelling promotional materials.
- Monitor fundraising progress, analyse data and prepare reports for management and stakeholders to optimise future strategies.
- Consult regularly with local communities to assess needs and priorities and respond positively to feedback.
- Act as ambassador for Welcome Change, promoting activities and encouraging greater participation.
Key Skills
- Proven experience in fundraising, marketing or related fields.
- Experience of event and communications campaign planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: £24,420.00 per year
