Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of bedrooms, common areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and maintained to meet health and safety standards
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and cleaning materials as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate personnel promptly
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when working in private or sensitive environments
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to prevent accidents or contamination
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure every area is thoroughly cleaned and maintained
- Strong communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation accurately
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage procedures to ensure safety for yourself and others
