Join our friendly and purpose-driven team as an Assistant Manager in our Camborne charity shop where no two days are the same!
You don’t need retail experience—just a passion for great customer service, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. You’ll support the Shop Manager in creating a welcoming environment, helping customers, managing stock, and keeping the shop looking its best. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your skills, grow your confidence, and be part of something meaningful, as every sale helps us support life-changing work in the community.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the store and stepping up in the Manager’s absence
- Driving sales performance and daily targets
- Delivering excellent customer and supporter experience
- Coaching and supporting a team of dedicated volunteers
- Managing stock, donations, and merchandising to maximise income
- Championing Gift Aid and commercial opportunities
- Supporting compliance, cash handling, and health & safety processes

The post holder will be based at our Camborne Superstore.
Salary: £26,240.76 (FTE)
Hours: 37.5 per week (worked flexibly between Monday to Saturday).
Successful candidate will be required to complete a Basic DBS check.
