You’re the backbone of the kitchen.
At Matto, our KPs aren’t “just” KPs. You’re the glue that holds the madness together. The silent hero of service. The reason the chefs can keep slinging plates and the team can keep the vibes high.

What you’ll be doing:
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and ready for action
- Washing dishes, pans, and equipment at lightning speed
- Supporting chefs with basic prep when needed
- Making sure deliveries are stored properly and stock areas stay tidy
- Taking pride in keeping standards high – because clean kitchen = smooth service
- Jumping in wherever needed to keep the team moving
What we’re looking for:
- Someone reliable, hardworking, and not afraid to get stuck in
- A team player who understands that every role matters
- Ability to work fast and stay cool when things get hectic
- Experience is great – but attitude and work ethic matter more
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (that’s when the magic happens)
