Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential care and assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for those we support.

Duties
- Assist service users with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and medication administration.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to service users, fostering a positive environment.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor service users for any changes in health status.
- Maintain accurate records of service users care and report any concerns to management.
- Ensuring the safety and security of all service users.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development to enhance caregiving skills.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of first aid practices is advantageous.
- Experience or training in mental and physical health is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with service users
- A caring and patient demeanour with a genuine passion for helping others.
