Summary
We are looking for appoint a welcoming, approachable and flexible person to join our team. Our school office is at the heart of our busy and friendly school, therefore are looking for someone who has their own unique blend of qualities and will support us to embed our Christian vision to Shine with the Light of Jesus and support our school family into the future. As our School Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in the efficient and effective operation of our school.
This role is not a front-of-office or reception-based position. Instead, it is a behind-the-scenes, operational role focused on ensuring the schools financial management and ordering systems are efficient, accurate, and run smoothly. The hours and days are completely flexible and will be discussed at interview.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining robust financial processes, managing budgets, and overseeing procurement and administrative systems. The working hours will be arranged to support these core functions, ensuring consistency, compliance, and the effective day-to-day running of the schools business operations. The successful candidate is not required to run the day to day office jobs but is more behind the scenes. This position is term time only plus 5 days (including 5 inset days).
Please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful the salary received will be paid on a pro-rata basis.
