Who are FMC?
We are a Fire Safety Supply company based in the West Midlands stocking a whole range of products from Fire Extinguishers to First Aid kits. We also manufacture a range of Fire Extinguisher Stands and Site Fire Alarms. We serve our customers over our trade counter and a nationwide mail order service. We have an exciting young team with lots of new ideas to take the company forward.
Job Role
- Perform effective proactive & reactive debt collection predominately by telephone & e-mail
- Take card payments using online portal
- Ensuring payments are received from customers as per company terms of business
- Send proof of delivery to customers using courier websites or scanning signed delivery notes when requested
- Establishing, maintaining and monitoring customer credit limits
- Processing statements and payment reminders
- Key point of contact on any debtor related query or issue
- Answering incoming calls and directing to the various members of staff
- Other office administration tasks
Office 365, Sage 200 and credit control experience will be beneficial along with a good telephone manor
Friday is a set work day, other days can be negotiated to suit candidates
Job Type: Part Time 20-24 hours
Pay: £13.71 per hour
