DCL Online Ltd is a London-based property maintenance and facilities coordination company. Estate agents, property managers, landlords, commercial businesses and homeowners come to us instead of juggling separate plumbers, electricians, decorators, carpenters and roofers — we manage the whole job from start to finish. We’re also actively growing our hardscaping division (patios, driveways, decking) and this is currently our top priority for new business. The Role We’re looking for a self-motivated introducer to identify and introduce potential clients on two fronts: Hardscaping projects (our current priority) — landlords, developers, commercial property owners, and homeowners who need patio, driveway, or decking work Ongoing maintenance work — estate agents, property managers, landlords, and commercial businesses who need a reliable maintenance partner This is a pure introduction role: you make the connection, we take it from there — handling quoting, contracts, and delivery. You’ll receive a small fixed monthly retainer plus uncapped, tiered commission on every introduction that converts to a completed, paid job — full flexibility over how and when you work, with no set hours required. What You’ll Do Focus your initial efforts on identifying hardscaping opportunities through your own network and initiative Build relationships with estate agents and property managers alongside this, for a growing, recurring pipeline Register your leads with us so you’re always credited and paid for your introductions Build a reputation within the property, estate agency, and hardscaping/landscaping world What We’re Looking For The right character above all: resilient, personable, trustworthy, and driven Strong communication skills and the confidence to open conversations with business owners, developers, and decision-makers Self-starters who can manage their own time and pipeline across more than one type of opportunity, without supervision Existing knowledge of the property, estate agency, facilities management, or hardscaping/landscaping industry is a bonus, but not essential — full support and guidance provided What We Offer A small fixed monthly retainer, plus uncapped, tiered commission on every introduction that converts to a completed, paid job Realistic first-year earning potential from around £5,000 for a steady start, up to £55,000-£60,000+ for a strong performer converting a healthy hardscaping pipeline plus a recurring agency account — with year two typically stronger again as accounts compound Complete flexibility — work around your own schedule and other commitments, no set hours No experience in property services required — we’ll bring you up to speed The opportunity to grow with a business that’s actively expanding, particularly in hardscaping.
