Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including skincare and specialised therapies tailored to client needs
- Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable beauty solutions and products
- Ensure all treatments are carried out to the highest standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with industry regulations
- Maintain a clean and organised treatment area, adhering to health and safety protocols
- Build strong relationships with clients through attentive service and professional communication
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to offer clients current advice and services
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in beauty and aesthetics treatments with minimum qualifications of NVQ level 2
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Good organisational skills to manage appointments and maintain cleanliness standards
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Professional attitude with a commitment to ongoing learning and development in the beauty industry
Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
