Property Manager
Salary: £26,500–£30,000 per year (dependent on experience) Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent Location: Bramcote Working Pattern: Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, 1 in 5 Saturdays 9:00am–2:00pm

We are now looking for a confident, organised Property Manager to join our expanding team.
The Role
You will manage your own portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors. This is not a “sit and react” role — we’re looking for someone proactive, commercially aware, and proud of the standard of work they deliver.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Handling maintenance issues from start to resolution
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Monitoring rent arrears and taking appropriate action
- Ensuring properties meet HHSRS and legal standards
- Assisting with Section Notices and compliance processes
- Liaising with contractors and overseeing works
- Keeping accurate records using CRM systems and Excel
- Delivering excellent customer service and generating positive reviews
- Contributing to team targets and overall company growth
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential lettings (preferred)
- Strong understanding of lettings legislation
- Confident communicator (phone & written)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Calm under pressure in a busy environment
- IT competent (Word, Excel, CRM systems)
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional, well presented and punctual
- Self‑motivated, proactive and target‑driven

- £26,500–£30,000 basic salary (DOE)
