An opportunity has arisen at our Brighton branch for a Parts Manager at our busy Ford Parts Department working alongside our Service Department and supplying local Dinnages trade customers.
The role would appeal to someone with previous experience in automotive parts management or someone looking to make the step up.
Building good customer relationships and an attention to detail are key, with a friendly and understanding approach, with excellent team working skills essential.
Duties (including but not limited to):
- Receiving inbound calls from customers
- To provide efficient, good quality customer service
- Updating internal records and systems
- Maintaining stock
- Assisting with parts queries and orders
The successful candidates are likely to demonstrate the following:

- Ability to listen, communicate and build rapport with customers
- Ability to take on board product and process knowledge and apply it quickly
