Overview
We are seeking a skilled roofer, with a minimum of five years experience, who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will take responsibility for completing roofing tasks to a high standard and ensuring junior staff remain productive, safe, and on task throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out roofing work including repairs, installations, and maintenance
- Ensure junior team members are working efficiently and safely
- Follow all instructions from management
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Represent the company professionally on all job sites
- Work to deadlines and deliver high‑quality results
Requirements
- Proven experience as a roofer
- Strong understanding of roofing systems, tools, and materials
- Ability to supervise and guide junior staff
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Full UK driving licence essential
