We are searching for an exceptional Room Leader to join our amazing established team. Become an inspirational leader within our under 2's, Overseeing two rooms, ratio based in one of the rooms, nurturing child development, coaching and supporting staff. We are excited to appoint a confident practitioner who is looking to make a difference and can bring ideas and knowledge to our team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Is qualified to level 3 or above.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of the EYFS and ages and stages of development.
- An understanding of a play based approach to children’s learning and development.
- Strong knowledge of baby led-weaning
- Safeguarding all children within our care.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Fantastic communication skills
- A passion and flair for working with under 2’s
- Fun, loving, friendly, caring, positive, genuine, supportive, loyal, approachable
- Hard-working and dedicated
- Reliable and a good team member
- Flexible and adaptable
- Willingness to undertake further training as required
