Tired of chasing your next contract? We've solved that.
No more wondering where your next job's coming from. No more starting over every few months. Join us and the work comes to you — steady, permanent, and never repetitive.
We deliver essential temporary power and plumbing to construction sites across the South West, and we're looking for a skilled Electrician or Approved Electrician who wants more from their career than doing the same task on the same site, day after day.
Why you'll love it here:
Variety, built in. You'll work across multiple sites each week — working with 3-phase, single phase and 110V electrics, plus MDPE and push-fit plumbing. Different site, different challenge, same great team behind you.
Your input actually matters. We work to a plan, but things can change once on site — and that's where you come in. You'll work directly with the main contractor and our team to solve problems on the spot, not just follow instructions.
We invest in you, properly. Competitive salary, paid overtime with strong earning potential, travel time paid from the office, and a company van, fuel card and all specialist equipment provided — so you're never out of pocket or short of what you need. Add a company pension, ongoing training, and enhanced annual leave that grows with your time here.
Room to grow. As we grow, so do the opportunities — genuine career progression for people who take pride in their work.
The Role
You'll keep construction projects powered and running, including:
- Installing and commissioning temporary site electrical installations
- Installing distribution boards, transformers, lighting and power supplies
- Testing, inspection and fault finding
- Plumbing site cabins and temporary water supplies
- Maintenance and emergency call-outs when required
- Working to current electrical regulations and health & safety standards
- Projects across the South West — always something different
What We're Looking For
- ECS gold card holder
- Experience on construction sites
- Testing & Inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent) desirable — not essential, but with BS 7671 Amendment 4 (2026) coming into force on 15th October 2026, you'll need to be willing to gain this, as testing is part of the role
- Basic plumbing knowledge a bonus, not a requirement
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, self-motivated, and just as comfortable working solo as part of a team
- A professional, customer-focused attitude
