Faculty/Directorate
The Directorate of Finance, Planning and Performance is seeking an ERP Systems Officer to support the effective operation of the University’s Finance and Human Resources ERP systems.
What you will be doing:

Act as a first point of contact for functional ERP system queries, providing clear guidance and support to users across Finance, HR, Payroll and other Professional Services teams.

Monitoring, validating and correcting data to maintain accuracy and quality.

Assisting with system testing, updates and configuration activities.
-
Helping to improve business processes and promote consistent use of ERP systems.

Supporting the delivery of reliable, high-quality data to enable effective decision-making.

Collaborating with the ERP Systems Manager and Senior ERP Systems Officer to maintain and enhance system performance.
Qualifications/ experience:
-
Experience working with IT systems in an administrative or data‑focused role.

Ability to analyse and present information accurately.
-
Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools.
-
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
-
A‑level / Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
