The Elizabeth House Hotel are looking for a driven, hard-working, able individual to join the great team we have existing already. As part of our expansion we are looking for motivated Front of House employees to deliver great customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all of our customers, specifically working in the Restaurant & Bar.
Responsibilities Include:
-Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
-Upselling drinks and special menu dishes.
-Going above and beyond for customers and the team.
-Serve and present beverages to customers.
-Serve food to customers.
-Take orders and clean tables.
-Recommend and up-sell food and drinks.
-Keep up-to-date with the ever changing food menus.
-Adhere to company policies and procedures and licencing laws.
-Be involved and contribute to team meetings.
-Communicate with all departments.
Experience is preferred.
The working week is routine with shifts start from 16:00 and finishes approximately at 22:00. Hours per week are 16-25. Shifts range from Monday to Saturday.
Pay is determined by experience.

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
