About the Role
The Wild Duck Inn is looking for a skilled, reliable, and enthusiastic team member to join our friendly hospitality team. We are seeking someone with experience in hospitality who can deliver excellent customer service and help maintain high standards across the venue.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service to guests
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Serving meals and beverages professionally
- Assisting with bar and restaurant operations
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
- Supporting the kitchen and front-of-house team when required
- Handling customer enquiries in a polite and professional manner
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
Requirements
- Previous hospitality or pub experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional, and hardworking attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Barista, bar, or food service experience is an advantage
