Aesthetic Practitioner (medical) - Glass Face Clinic, Hazel Grove
Part-time | 1-2 days per week | Availability required between Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Are you a skilled, passionate clinician ready to grow within a luxury medical aesthetics clinic?
Glass Face Clinic is a medically-led skin, laser and aesthetics clinic based in Hazel Grove, Stockport. We offer an advanced, results-driven treatment menu including laser hair removal, BBL Hero, advanced skin treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, aesthetic injectables, and biostimulators. We're looking for a talented and committed medical injector our small, high-performing team on a part-time basis, with genuine opportunity to grow your hours and increase your pay as the clinic continues to scale.
This is not a role for someone looking for a temporary position or is new to the field. We want an established practitioner invested in clinical excellence, their clients, and the overall growth of the clinic and themselves.
Please only apply if you are an existing aesthetic practitioner with at least 1 year of hands on experience.
The Role
- Deliver advanced injectable skin and BBL laser treatments to the highest clinical standard
- Conduct thorough consultations and build bespoke, results-focused treatment plans
- Maintain exemplary client care from first contact through to aftercare
- Uphold strict clinical protocols and safety standards at all times
- Contribute to content creation - participating in content days, treatment demonstrations, and social media content in collaboration with our marketing team
- Support client events - attending and contributing to in-clinic events, open days, and brand activations
- Represent Glass Face with professionalism and pride both in clinic and online
Working Pattern
This role is weekend-based across Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday between 10am - 5pm. Availability on these days is non-negotiable and we are initially looking for 1-2 days per week, with a genuine pathway to increase hours for the right person during the week.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Clinical qualification and registered healthcare professional e.g. doctor, nurse, pharmacist, dentist, physician associate, etc
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on clinical experience in an aesthetics setting
- Experience performing injectables, microneedling, peels and skin scans.
- Able to commit to the days and hours on a long term basis
- Professional, polished, and client-focused with strong consultation skills
- Comfortable on camera and willing to support content and marketing activity
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and uphold high standards without supervision
Desirable:
- Registered Prescriber e.g. doctor, dentist, pharmacist or nurse
- Laser and IPL Level 4 certification for BBL skin treatments
- Experience with advanced injectables such as filler and toxin, experience in advanced skin treatments and PRP
