Job Summary:
Daneman Infrastructure Solutions Ltd is seeking an Infrastructure Works Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day delivery of infrastructure works across active sites. The role will focus on coordinating site activities, maintaining progress against work plans, and ensuring crews and contractors have the resources and information required to complete assigned works effectively.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise daily infrastructure and site work activities
- Coordinate site crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
- Review work programmes and organise upcoming site priorities
- Monitor progress against planned activities and completion targets
- Conduct routine site checks and report issues requiring attention
- Coordinate deliveries and availability of resources for scheduled works
- Maintain site records, progress information, and relevant documentation
- Communicate changes and operational requirements to project teams
- Assist with resolving practical issues that could affect site progress
- Support compliance with applicable site, quality, and health and safety procedures
- Provide regular updates on completed works, upcoming activities, and resource requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, civil works, utilities, highways, groundworks, site operations, or a related environment
- Good understanding of practical site activities and work sequencing
- Ability to coordinate workers, contractors, and resources
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working with site plans, schedules, and basic project documentation
- Practical approach to resolving day-to-day site challenges
- Awareness of health and safety responsibilities within construction environments
- Previous supervisory experience is beneficial, although experienced site professionals looking to progress will also be considered
- Relevant construction or technical qualifications and site certifications are advantageous; mandatory certifications will depend on the specific works undertaken

Pay: £52,000.00 per year
