We are looking for a New & Used Car Sales Executive to join our Hyundai dealership in Sutton Coldfield.

The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will play an important role in helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs while delivering an outstanding experience throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome and support customers in person, online and over the phone

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable vehicle recommendations

Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover

Keep customers informed through regular communication, including follow-up calls, emails and video updates

Build positive, long-term customer relationships

Contribute to team objectives and business performance goals

Ensure a professional and customer-focused experience at every stage
What We're Looking For
We recognise that valuable skills can be gained in a variety of environments. If you have experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality or another customer-facing role, we'd like to hear from you.
You will ideally have:

Experience in a customer-facing role with sales or service responsibilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to build rapport and develop positive customer relationships

A proactive and organised approach to your work

A commitment to delivering excellent customer service

A full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months
