About the Role
Eau Vive Internationale is seeking an experienced Program Director to provide strategic leadership across major programs and initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee program planning, delivery, resources, budgets, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring projects achieve their intended outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction across multiple programs and initiatives.
- Develop program plans, objectives, budgets, and performance indicators.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
- Monitor program progress, risks, resources, and outcomes.
- Manage relationships with partners, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare program reports, presentations, and performance updates.
- Drive continuous improvement across program delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, International Development, or a related field.
- Significant experience in program or project management.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex initiatives.
- Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Program or project management certification is an advantage.
