Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and merchandising displays.
- Supervise team performance through coaching, training, and providing constructive feedback to foster growth and development.
- Ensure effective communication within the team and with customers by demonstrating customer service excellance and interpersonal skills.
- Oversee stock replenishment, visual merchandising standards, and organized store layouts to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain a welcoming environment by supervising cleanliness, safety protocols, and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven management or supervisory experience in a retail setting with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a positive work culture.
- Knowledge of retail management systems, time management practices, and phone etiquette standards.
- Management certification or relevant training is a plus; previous supervising experience is essential.
