We are expanding BCC and are looking for passionate coaches who want to help clients in high-performing careers get lean, improve lifestyle and sustain results for life.
This is not a certification or mentorship program.
We are recruiting coaches to work directly within an established online coaching business, supporting real clients through long-term physical and lifestyle transformations.
Role: Coach online fitness clients through transformations and lifestyle changes.
Compensation:
Paid Per Client : You'll be paid a set amount per client that you manage and are responsible for within a coaching business.
Additional Bonuses : For referrals, transformations and case studies, there is potential for additional bonuses. This is a case by case basis.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for coaches who:
- Have a genuine passion for helping people transform their health, physique, and relationship with food
- Possess strong communication skills and empathy when working with clients
- Are proactive, coachable, and eager to continue learning and improving
- Have experience or education within fitness, fat loss, or health coaching
- Want to be part of a collaborative coaching team delivering high-quality service
- Have flexibility to work approximately 5–30 hours per week (hours will vary depending on active client load)
