The successful candidate will play a key role in managing rental enquiries, liaising with clients, and facilitating the lettings process. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to rental enquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing professional advice and information.
- Arrange viewings of rental properties and accompany prospective tenants during visits.
- Negotiate lease terms between landlords and tenants, ensuring mutual agreement.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of current rental trends and property values.
- Maintain organised records of all lettings activities, client interactions, and property details.
- Assist with marketing vacant properties through various channels to maximise exposure.
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as updating databases, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative and lettings experience is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
