Responsibilities of our chefs
We are looking for team members who have a fun, fresh and inspiring personality, to join our team across our kitchen venues within the resort.
You’ll be producing high quality food in state-of-the-art kitchens, ensuring every dish is served perfectly every time, ensuring all food safety regulations are adhered to.
Whether its weddings & events in our stunning suites, afternoon tea in the sun, conference lunches, breakfast in the ‘W’ restaurant or dinner in our famous Blue Smoke on the Bay, our whole team ensure it’s done in style so our guests keep returning time after time
