Due to continued growth we are seeking to recruit additional staff to our busy Tyre Assembly Dept.
Please note: This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties. The successful candidate may be required to undertake other reasonable duties appropriate to the role.
Essential Criteria
- Experience working in a warehouse, tyre fitting, mechanical, manufacturing or similar hands-on environment.
- Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual handling duties.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English.
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team.
- Flexible and willing to work overtime when required.
Desirable Criteria
- Commercial tyre fitting experience.
- Experience operating a mechanical or hydraulic press machine.
- Counterbalance forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one).
No previous tyre fitting experience? We are happy to consider applicants with transferable skills and provide training for the right candidate.

Salary
£27,000 per annum, depending on experience, with a salary review on successful completion of the probationary period.

- Warehouse, production, mechanical, tyre fitting or similar practical work experience preferred, but not essential as full training can be provided for the right candidate.
