We partner with some of the world’s most iconic fashion houses, including Jimmy Choo, Burberry, Celine, and Bulgari, and operate in prestigious locations such as Selfridges Oxford Street.
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Concession Manager to lead our in-store pop up (3 months however there is a possibility for an extension) concession within Selfridges Birmingham. This is a highly collaborative and commercially focused role that sits at the heart of our retail and partnership strategy.
This is an on-site position based at our Selfridges concession pop-up. The contract runs from early October through December, with a possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Concession Management: Lead and manage the full-time concession supported by and direct line management of a Supervisor and Sales Consultants, ensuring exceptional operational standards, team performance, and customer experience.
- Relationship Management: Own and nurture the overarching relationship with Selfridges, acting as the key liaison and ensuring consistent alignment between our mutual brand values.
- B2B Partnerships: Maintain and grow relationships with leading luxury brands we support, including Jimmy Choo, Burberry, Celine, and Bulgari.
- Growth Strategy: Identify and execute growth opportunities across B2B channels, driving new partnerships, enhancing existing collaborations, and championing our services within the luxury fashion space.
- Brand Representation: Be the face of The Handbag Clinic in high-profile retail environments and events, promoting our mission of luxury with purpose.

Basic Salary will range between £32,000 and £38,000 based on experience and suitability to the role. bonus and commission payments are then made in addition to this.
Pay: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
