About the role
You will be based in the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford but you will be able to agree a pattern of regular remote working with your line manager.
The NetZeroAICT Consortium (Oxford PI: Professor Regent Lee) is seeking a part time member to handle the administrative tasks (for Oxford related work packages) for this Horizon Europe funded project. Information regarding the NetZeroAICT project can be found on the consortium website (www.netzeroaict.eu). Note, there is a central administrative team for the entire consortium, this person will serve as the liaison between teams.
The responsibilities include: (note – these are specific to the Oxford activities)
- Provide general administrative support to the Oxford Team
- Track deliverables and reporting
- Maintain innovation register
About you
You will have excellent interpersonal and management skills and be able to interact productively and accurately with other team members, researchers and collaborators across different sectors. While this collaborative approach will be a key feature of your role, you will also be required to work independently, taking the lead in initiatives. You will be able to handle a demanding and varied workload, managing your time and prioritising your work effectively. Previous experience of administering multi-partner projects is essential. You will have excellent written communication in English as well as great attention to detail.
This part-time post is available immediately and is fixed-term until 30 November 2027 in the first instance.
