We're recruiting for a fast-growing mortgage brokerage in Cardiff that's looking for ambitious, commercially-minded people to join its Mortgage Advice team.
You'll receive a £30,000 basic salary plus realistic first-year earnings of £70,000–£80,000, with uncapped commission and a consistent flow of qualified customer leads.
No cold calling. No weekends. Just genuine customers who have already expressed an interest in a mortgage product.

The Role
You'll speak with customers who have already expressed an interest in obtaining a mortgage, build strong relationships and guide them through the mortgage journey.
You'll learn from experienced advisers while developing your own customer portfolio, with full support to help you become a successful Mortgage Advisor.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- CeMAP Level 1 qualified
- On track to complete CeMAP Levels 2 & 3 before starting
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
- Target-driven and commercially motivated
- Ambitious and motivated by earning potential
- Experienced in a sales, estate agency, financial services, contact centre or other customer-facing environment
Previous mortgage advising experience isn't required.
