Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner or Housekeeper to join our team at Avoca Construction Ltd in <LOCATION>. This role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our properties and facilities, supporting our mission to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all company sites and facilities.
- Perform janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and according to safety guidelines.
- Support the team with additional maintenance tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold a clean and safe working environment.
- Manage cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
- Laundry and house keeping duties
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Good communication skills.
