The Role

Managing a broad range of residential conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, shared-ownership, new builds.
Advising clients throughout the transaction with clear, practical legal guidance
Reviewing titles, preparing contracts and resolving legal enquiries
Liaising with estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders, developers and other solicitors
Progressing matters efficiently from instruction through to exchange and completion
Involvement in business strategy, firm-wide growth and development!

What We're Looking For

IDEALLY, at least 2 years fee earning experience
Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property transactions
Confident working independently while enjoying the support of a collaborative team
Positive, ambitious and motivated by working within a rewarding, high-performing environment
