We are seeking a dedicated Site Engineer to join our growing team at T Vaughan Ltd, located in Wisbech, Peterborough. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of our diverse projects across central London, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering high-quality construction services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on progress.
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction activities.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site teams.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines effectively.
- Ensure that all work is carried out according to specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Electrical experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments
