Working within a small team at FASTSIGNS Tunbridge Wells, the Design and Production Specialist is responsible for overseeing the design and production of a variety of signage products, creating and amending artwork using the Adobe cloud and producing signage. The successful candidate will have experience using a large format printer, plotter and laminator and be skilled in the use of the Adobe suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
Main Responsibilities:
- Using the Creative Cloud to create/amend customer artwork
- Loading into the RIP software, ready for printing
- Producing finished signs from a variety of materials
- Installing signs and graphics at customers' premises
- Operating machines such as a large format printer, laminator, panel saw and other tools.
- Ordering and storing materials
- Packing and delivering signs
Skills / Experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience in Sign Making is essential, in particular, vinyl application
- A full, clean driving license is essential
- Experience/Knowledge of Adobe Software (Illustrator and Photoshop) is an advantage
- Time management and prioritising workflow skills are essential
